Introducing Partner Portal’s comprehensive support ticketing system which enables the efficient handling of all support requests.
To get started, please register using your valid work email address. Please note that this will be the email address on which you will receive all alerts and communication. Once successfully registered, users will get the required access needed to raise a support ticket.
Please raise a support ticket under the appropriate topic in order to receive assistance within the defined timelines (SLA). Each support ticket is assigned a unique number, allowing you to track its progress and responses online. A complete archive and history of all support requests are maintained on the support centre for the convenience of users.
Partner Portal’s support centre not only tracks the status of your ticket but also sends automated notifications to relevant parties as the ticket progresses. For instance, if a ticket gets transferred/assigned between resolvers, the system will automatically generate an alert notifying all involved parties, including the ticket creator.
Additionally, the support centre keeps users informed by sending automated updates, such as acknowledging receipt of your request, notifying you when it's being processed, and informing you once the issue has been resolved.
